We have created a very unique Inn for guests with great attention to details not found in any other establishment. We want your experience at The Juniper Lane Guest House to be enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable.
In order to avoid any misunderstandings we ask that you read the following:
As a guest of The Inn or Cabin at Juniper Lane Guest House you are subject to damage, repairs, or replacement so please be considerate and treat the properties as you would your own home. Guests agree to take full financial responsibility for the actions and or damages caused by any member of their party, or invited guests. Children must be supervised at all times. Please don't allow children to jump on beds. Smoking is not allowed in The Cabin or Inn. If you smoke outside please use ashtrays. Guests are requested to leave dishes clean and replaced in the cabinet. If The Inn or Cabin is left excessively dirty or littered you could be charged an additional cleaning fee. Please do not trespass on the neighboring properties. In order to have a fire you must get permission from the Innkeeper. On the occasion that your party has rented the whole compound we ask that you use discretion and are prudent about the number of people you invite over, the establishment is set up to handle a certain number of people (15 for the Inn and 4 for the cabin). Ask Juniper for details about party rental spaces. Please park orderly in the parking spaces provided, keep thoroughfare open and do not block exits or entrances. I/We hereby authorize Juniper Lane Guest House and/or its agents to charge my credit card for my guaranteed lodging and tax for my vacation rental home. I/We understand that I/we can be charged to replace or repair any damage to the property or replace or repair any items in the rental home, which have been removed or damaged, by my party or myself.
