Entire Inn

The Inn can accommodate up to 12 people and the cabin sleeps 4.
They are perfect for a family reunion or wedding party!
Inn up to 12 people $925 per night. Cabin is $365 per night up to 4 people.

Four night minimum rental peak season for early reservations, we can do three nights occasionally if there is a “window” of availability.

The guidelines for our lodging permit with San Juan County are strict, we cannot accommodate more occupancy in The Inn and Cabin, sorry, we cannot make exceptions. Entire Inn rentals are not provided with maid service. When renting the whole property, we treat it as a vacation rental. We give your party the keys and do not come inside the Inn. Garbage and recycling cans are provided outside and taken away when full. There are no laundry facilities for guest use. There is a laundromat in town that we can direct you to, as well as Harbor Laundry, that will wash, fold, and deliver your laundry.

Renters will sign a damage / cleaning agreement in order to reserve property.

Small groups reserving the entire inn of 8 or less people will have no additional cleaning fee. Groups of 9 to 16 will have an additional $250 cleaning fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WHOLE INN RENTALS.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The cancellation fee with more than 30 days notification is the amount of the deposit. Cancellations with less than 30 days notification will cost the entire amount of the reservation for the months of May, June, July, August, and September.
