Check in is anytime after 3:00pm. Check out is at 11:00am. We are busy making accommodations squeaky clean for new guests between 11:00 and 3:00.

Reservations: a deposit of 50% is required at time of reservation unless notified otherwise.

Cancellations: required two weeks in advance for refund of deposit less cancellation fee of $50.00 or 20% of the total amount of the original reservation, whichever is greater. Cancellations with 14 or less days of notification will be charged in full for all reserved room nights. Holidays and holiday weekends require 30 days notice of cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS AND WHOLE INN RENTALS.

%50 deposit required to reserve / cancellations will be charged a minimum of $500 or %20 of rental amount, whichever is greater, when canceling 30 or more days before stay. Canceling with 30 days or less will cost the entire amount of the reservation for the months of May, June, July, August, or September.

We require a two night minimum stay for advanced reservations.
Feel free to inquire anyway, occasionally we do have one nights available.

Reservations for future seasons and whole property rentals require a three night minimum reservation.

The Inn is not appropriate for children under 12 unless there is a whole Inn rental by your party. We recommend the cabin for families with children under 12 years old.

Our permit does not allow us to accommodate dogs or pets because of our neighbor’s surrounding sheep farm.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Inn or Cabin.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodations to anyone.

Guests understand that loud noise after 10 p.m. and before 7 a.m. is inappropriate and not tolerated. Guests will be responsible for any and all damages and or disturbances.

We require a refundable $300.00 damage deposit for groups renting the entire Inn and Cabin.

Taxes: Posted rates do not include %10.3 Washington State retail/hotel tax.
