Juniper
Lane Guest House on beautiful San Juan Island. Located
in the Puget Sound between Seattle and Victoria British
Columbia. This hip and unique boutique Inn is a custom
crafted bold mosaic of exotic woods, tile, art, and color.
Nestled on the edge of Friday Harbor overlooking Beaverton
Valley it has a rural feel yet is still close to town.
The Inn offers a variety of accommodations that are "brilliant
and affordable" for everyone. All of the rooms are absolutely
gorgeous and comfortable. Welcome one and all!
Dedication
to the Planet

We
are very proud to say that a high majority of materials
used to build the Inn were salvaged and recycled. From
the 100 year old five-panel fir doors, to the ceramic
glazed Mexican concrete tiles saved from the landfill.
Not to mention the thousands upon thousands of lineal feet
of lumber we planed, ripped, and sanded to unveil
rare and precious wood that in its initial state most
would have thrown on the fire. All of the exterior cedar
(excluding the shingles) came from a family owned mill
that specializes in selective harvest, windfall, and
beach combed lumber. The Inn was completed in June of 2004
and has received high praise by all who have stayed. It
is no wonder you get a very special feeling of antiquity,
ambiance, and charm. We use ecologically sound cleaning
products, detergents that are free of allergens
and dyes, and recycled paper products.
